Work environment policy

Our ambition is to achieve a good and safe work environment for everybody’s wellbeing.

Waggeryd Cell will follow the work environment legislation and will work systematically according to it. This will be done to further the ambition of a well functioning work environment and in the hope of preventing ill health and occupational injuries.

  • All planned changes in the operation will include a risk assessement and any measures to achive a safe and pleasant work environment.

  • Responsibility and authorizations will be well and clearly formulated.

  • All Waggeryd Cell employees will take responsibility for a good physical and psychosocial work environment.

  • All personal will work against violations and discriminations in the work place.

  • Everyone at Waggeryd Cell will know and participate in this policy.
